Chi O’s idea of OOS is Mississippi, so does not count for much “diversity” They always want to get the mobile and Montgomery private school pnms from the “right” cliques then only end up with a few and then fillers. They end up doing ok in the end each year though because they attract a certain type (like girls that went to summer camps together since they were little)
