Literally no one is saying they are top just underrated Just as a very new house they have come a long way to solid middle HERE when houses that have stayed bottom 20- 100 years is impressive. DG is also HUGE nationally, that may of helped. For example I think the DG chapter is about as old as DPE at UGA but they are super small nationally and still the very bottom house. Even with APhi coming on campus in the past few years, they are already way more popular. (Before you call me a GR troll, I'm from Atlanta. About half of my HS friends are Greek at Georgia)
