Agree. DKE has it all, the historic legacy, and improving grades. ATO and SigEp have had the best grades forever, and merit-based highly-selective pledge classes, with the best from OOS. PhiGam and KA are legacy favorites with improving grades, but below the top 3. The rest are a mix of mediocrity and toxicity
