I'm not sure if yall actually believe that new row gets the best out of state people, or if you are just saying that to try to trick rushees. People from the best out of state places (BIg cities in the south and texas) all go DKE, SAE, and the rest of old row. If new row gets the best guys then why is it that absolutely no one gets a bid from DKE or SAE and turns it down for new row?
