I'm not trying to tell you that you're making a wrong choice or anything like that. I believe that people should always be allowed to choose what they believe is best for them. But sorority/fraternity membership is not at all just something for your "college experience". Is it a big part? Yes of course. However, you really are a member for life and for the entire time you are a part of your GLO, only four years is spent as an undergrad. The long-lasting friendships, alumni networks around the country, a place to come to when you are back in Ttown with your children on gamedays, and many other reasons is why I chose to go greek.
