I wouldn't say those groups are considered "jokes." They are different, and don't participate in the same things as the other NPC groups and fraternities. Their impact is smaller because the groups are smaller. They're just different. As for ADChi, they're not out there handing out tracts all the time or preaching on street corners. I wouldn't consider them pushy. They don't really interact with the other groups, at least AFAIK.
