There are certainly girls that are on the radar of multiple OR houses from the get-go, and some houses will start rushing a girl just because they see another OR house rushing them. But a lot of times houses are rushing and paying attention to completely different girls! Different houses are simply are connected to different PNMs by chance, legacy status, or having older girls go to the same high school.
