Trust me, you will look 100% better not tan than orange or burnt. I self tan a lot because I am pale but in a way that makes me look ill and I know I won’t turn orange so it just makes me look healthy. Most gingers I know don’t look sickly pale like I do, so I’m assuming your pale is a prettier pale than mine. Lots of girls won’t have tans and if it ain’t broke don’t fix it
