There you have it: "I can't imagine a girl from a New Jersey having much in common with a girl from Faunsdale, Alabama" This direct quote sums up why some of the insular OR houses are going down. Are there many houses lined up to take this one? Grow up. Experience life. Meet other people. You will be shocked at how similar you can be to a girl from NJ or any other state/region. You will be amazed at how much you will grow by meeting people not like you. There are no houses that are mostly Northeast or Midwest, OR or NR, just houses that embrace all PNMs and those that exclude to their detriment. This is especially true with the incoming class at the school over 65% OOS. There are houses that rush quality girls for who they are not where they are from, and there are houses that rush girls for where they are from, quality or not. It is cute that you think that houses that accept and welcome all quality girls are more narrow minded then houses that only accepte girls that are scared to branch out and insecure about how they measure up outside of their own small southern town (that is the feeling that comes through in your post).
