My daughter got into BAMA and wants so badly to rush...we are from Southern California and she is worried about not getting a bid because her GPA is 2.9 is a 3.1 weighted. Her high school was a college preparatory school so the curriculum is more challenging then a public high school, is this taken into consideration at all or will she be automatically cut? She also has a lot of leadership work and charity work on her resume. She is above average in the looks department as well. Please let me know what you think! She is thinking of not going to Alabama because of this.
