If we see nothing other than your resume and your rec picture, we put you on a list to watch or drop. If we like what we see on your resume AND your social media, we show you off. If several girls like what we see, you go on our lists to watch or even our tops lists. If you are on a tops list, you will have to really blow it during recruitment to get bumped down. This is how girls from obscure areas get noticed.
