Cob means low retention rate and they need to get their numbers up. Period. Yes some people have family members die or graduates in December etc etc but at the end of the day most people just transfer because they don’t like it , grades. ( more common reasons) . I’m not saying Zeta is a bad house but I agree with the OP that COB are never good... Also another thing about Zeta is that thy have really strong chapters in Florida, Texas, and even up North. I know some girls who were attracted to Zeta just in case they wanted to transfer home and still be in a good sorority or even so people back home think they are top.
