Dear OP, why are you so mean? Like at least 11 chapters have COB'd in the past couple years. I've lost a few sisters who had to move back OOS due to family issues. And some people graduate or just leave. Oh, and why bring GPhi into this? They have a good sisterhood from what I can see of my friends in that chapter. Anyways, yes people leave. More from OOS heavy chapters, yes.
