XO isn't quite as welcoming as AXO to PNMs they have no interest in. XO tries to project a more chill, well-rounded image than AXO even though they're just as competitive and driven. Definite "work hard, play hard" vibe. XO places slightly more emphasis on connections/wealth/zip code/in-state vs. OOS. That said, they're both great options for PNMs who are the right fit for either.
