It is also misleading when OR says they have 60/40 OOS. While technically true, most of those OOS are Deep South and culturally nearly identical with the in-state girls. When talking OOS, we probably should identify whether we are saying Southern OOS or non-Southern OOS and also I think Texas girls are Southern OOS.
