I'm assuming you are the OP, since you used the same name. If I'm wrong, then feel free to ignore. You need to make up your mind. In the original post, it sounds 100% like you were annoyed that Lower Tier sororities were claiming they Swap with the 'Top Row' fraternities and you were claiming they don't. The tone of the writing sounded very much like you were claiming to be OR or 'Top Tier,' and you didn't want those lowly sororities below you claiming that. Now in the above, it seems like you are backpeddling. I'm not interested in giving the time of day to some dude, just because he's from a certain part of Alabama (I mean, I love Alabama and I am from Alabama, but it is still just Alabama), or because I'm supposed to be impressed by the letters he wears, and thinks that we should consider ourselves lucky that he would even speak to us. Thus my comment. I imagine there are a&&holes in all fraternities, after all, we are talking about boys, but I imagine there are more chill, sweet boys in the supposed middle/lower tiers. Just sayin.
