When you see how girls in APhi/ZTA/Phi Mu look during rush you know they will look like that during the school year too. That's not fake. It's them. As someone else said, if you see a bunch of spray-tanned girls with caked on makeup, and you don't want to be in a house that forces you to look that way, then don't join that house. But it doesn't make those girls "fake" if they LIKE that look anyway.
