I honestly think the "recruitment is a job interview" advice is really good advice. Yes, we're all young ladies here, but it's still an interview and you still need to maintain that attitude, Can spaghetti straps be wonderful and classy and awesome during everyday summer life? Absolutely. Would you wear spaghetti straps for an extremely important job interview? Probably not. It's always better to be safe than sorry... and it's not like PNMs don't have a bajillion other less risky options.
