yes really. i assume you're the same girl who's posted the other five questions in a row so let me enlighten you... whatever you read on this site is generalized. nothing's specific because no one can tell you exactly how your rush experience will pan out. no one can tell you whether this or that will hurt you during rush because it's subject to change from person to person, so people just give general answers. so to answer your question, definitely no off the shoulder. and preferably no spaghetti straps. rush is a formal event. you want to clean up well and make yourself presentable. this is not the time to look "hot," save it for the parties.
