In AL it is actually a felony technically to use someones real id as your own. If you have a fake with your picture and name its a misdemeanor. Both will probably get you a slap on the wrist (ticket) or thrown away if you get caught with it by the police (which usually only happens if you're stupid and breaking other laws with it on you). My rule is, if you're doing something illegal, only do one thing illegal at a time.
