"Seven Sisters" refers to seven women's colleges that were considered the Ivy League of women's colleges. Yes, there were seven sororities to join (what is now NPC) in 1902. Chi Omega was not one of the original seven -- as they joined in 1903 -- and there is no sliding them in place of Gamma Phi Beta.
