My mom was also in an "OR" sorority, and everyone knew who the OR frats and sororities were then. That was a long time before shirts and $$ for OR parties, and a long time before so many people were OOS. Every school has perceived tiers. That's what OR is for sororities. I get that it seems snobby, but only the people who don't feel included seem to obsess about it. Like I said, just pledge where you feel like you will be happy and don't worry about it, whether that is old row or new row. Don't worry about the rankings on this site either, because it seems like only the people who are in a lower tier but want to be in a higher tier worry about rankings. \n\n\n\n\n
