Upper houses won’t cob unless they fucjed up rush week. Mid houses will if enough good guys are interested because they’re always looking for numbers, so definitely hit up one of the following—chi phi, lambda, pikapp, phi tau, psk, Fiji if you’re interested in rushing any of them COB. I’d wait until fall rather than join a bottom house though.
