Tier 1: FSAE Racing/CU Air (both clearly top, Raytheon, Google, Tesla connections) AUV (great software subteam, lost a few new members to CU Air this cycle tho) Mars Rover/Baja (arguably have the best MechE’s, a lot of alumni at Boeing, SpaceX etc.) Tier 2: AppDev/CDS/Concrete canoe/ChemE car (great for their niche but won’t break into the top tiers without more diverse subteams) ESW/Cornell Rocketry (great industry connections, both very competitive) Cornell Cup Robotics (many sub teams and opportunities but not as selective as other project teams) Tier 3: Electric Vehicles (mid team culture, very isolated subteams) Autonomous Sailboat (cool project, need more outreach to rise in the rankings) DTI (full of CDS and AppDev rejects, still a solid group) CUSD (great for sustainability/impact focused projects) Rest:
