Being suspended for spring rush doesn’t mean they’re kicked off. It means they’ll have to wait until the fall to pull a new class. It’s not the end of the world and it happens all the time. Just a few years ago, SX, AD, Lambda, and DX had the same issues — derecognized for a couple semesters and couldn’t register new PCs. Thing is, these houses had decent reps so they pulled underground classes and registered everyone once the suspension ended. I expect nothing less for Chi Phi that no doubt has dirty rushed at least some new members already.
