Subject:
“… Based on mixing schedule” - 🤡

Poster Message:
This is a lie I’m seeing a lot on greekrank this summer, and I need to debunk this for incoming students. Houses do not openly share their future mixing schedules with anyone. Not one person at cornell has a master list of past present or future mixing schedules for 20+ houses. There are common knowledge statements like: DG mixes with Alpha Delt and Sig Phi most often, and Sig Chi has a better schedule than Lambda or Chi Phi. And that’s just truth. But for anyone to base an entire ranking off of what they perceive other houses mixing schedules to be is strictly slanderous. The reality is that everyone relevant mixes with everyone relevant. C4 SX DU AD SPhi mix with C4 DG APhi KKG Theta most often, while 2nd tier SPi DX XPsi XPhi mix with 2nd tier SDT AZD PiPhi (do I put KD here?) most often, but everyone in greek life knows that all of those houses, both tiers, end up throwing 4 ways and 6 ways with each other every weekend. And within those tiers, the difference between those houses does not lie within the mixing schedules, they’re basically all the same. The differences are the personalities and brotherhoods/sisterhoods of each house. I had to debunk this lie. Mixers are made off of personal relationships and it’s basically impossible for one house within a tier, say Chi Psi, to have a significantly better schedule than a house within the same tier like DX
