Zeeb has good quality dudes and notorious for its pledging difficulty. Sorority relation hasn’t gone too well but having occasional SDT events keep them in the game. True that they weren’t invited to multis at upper-mid houses, but so does Chi Phi (always caught them at Pi Kapp/Pike). TDX has a pretty different orientation aka doesn’t take greek life as seriously as other houses and doesn’t keep tight sorority relations. Their physical house and massive parties (with multiple valid sports teams and multiple decent sororities) keep them afloat.
