SAE can’t even use their house yet and Sig Nu is just kids who would have otherwise gone to lower mid or lower houses (and a bunch of them dropped). They are both incredibly irrelevant. SAE has a lot of potential as they have the nicest physical house on campus, a powerful alumni network, and a ton of money. But for now they are barely a fraternity. Sig Nu will probably set in as a lower-mid or lower house in the next couple of years.
