1) yes most schools use this algorithm for recruitment 2)yes girls get bumped up if other girls on the A list had matched to different choices. the system wants every chapter to get to quota 3) if you make it to pref you fall somewhere on their bid list, whether its a or b or how high depends on how they felt about you. Not matching refers to not matching before they hit quota so you would still be on the lists just an add on to quota. 4) I guess you could let them know but i know for at least my chapter we didn’t score pnms after pref. I assume if you told them that they could move you down to the bottom of the list
