Chi psi has the best physical house. They aren’t talking about sleeping arrangements - they’re driveway alone is twice as big as any house. Sig Chi has a great house with lots of land and a pool but it’s far asf and they can’t throw parties there Sig Phi doesn’t have the best house but their location is amazing right at the bottom of the slope (Noyes gym/supermarket and the basketball court right in front of them and close to ctown) DU also has a good big house that’s amazing for parties
