Fun fact Theta Chi's house is now Alpha Xi Delta house. They also originally were the Phi Sigma Epsilon Fraternity until in the 1980s when the national organization at Phi Ep merged with Phi Sigma Kappa. Cornell was the only school that had both chapters so the Phi Ep brothers ended up changing national orgs to Theta Chi. Theta Chi also attempted a recolonization in 2003, but it failed rather quickly.
