Sigma Chi Delta. Their house was at 307 Wait Avenue which is right by Zeta Psi. Not sure if their house is still there since the website looks very out of date. Also to note that Seal and Serpent is a local fraternity, but is obviously not in C-Town. Kinda funny you still see SCD in many rankings considering it probably doesn't exist anymore.
