dawg, take that other bid you get. The difference in experience is not that much. I would say take the bid and start association/new member process. if you feel like there still is not a fit while going through the process/then I would drop. Also look at your PC in that house and how you like them. You are ultimately going to hang out be closest with these guys. So if you vibe with them, then you should be happy.
