being a sophomore doesn't matter at all. but if you checked out this site before, you'd know that top-frats and upper-frats mostly dirty-rush their guys (ie: kids they know from sports-teams and prep-school). If you're chill, you can probably get a bid at an uppermid (DX, ChiPhi, ChiPsi, Lambda TDX) or mid (ZBT, PiKapp, Pike, PhiTau, PSK)
