Not a lot of info on mid frats, they round out the top 15 frats at Cornell so want to hear opinions. This is what I objectively think. Pi Kappa Phi - large house on north. Above average sized brotherhood. Like to go hard/throwdown a lot. Have remained pretty stagnant as houses fall and rise around them. Fun house overall but slightly social climby. Strong relations particularly with AXiD. PIKE - largest brohood in this tier. Lot of guys especially from club rugby and other sports. House is split though because they take a bunch of dudes to give them some numbers. Split vibes, but fun overall, very fratty and rowdy. Phi Tau - complete opposite of being conventionally fratty. Good relations with mid tier srats. Very chill, nice, friendly guys who have an unblemished/non-scandalous reputation but don't throwdown that often. Probably the house with the strongest brotherhood in this tier PSK - fall right between Phi Tau and PIKE in terms of their vibes. Nice soft guys but also like to throwdown. Have a really pretty house right on west. Great mix of guys and overall don't have many problems.
