It is so dumb to rank every house by seeing a picture of a pledge class. You are just encouraging houses that pick girls solely based on looks despite if they are a horrible person or not (aphi). Not that these houses don't end up with some cool girls by chance, but it is very clear that appearance is the only focus for some places.
