SIg Ep, ATO and Lambda will all be fine. They have 80-100 years worth of alumni and they OWN GV houses. Phi Sig and Beta will need to build houses quickly or they will decline fast. Of the 6 slots in the GV expansion 3 have already been claimed so we'll see who steps up.
