I am a Pi Phi and I'll just go ahead and tell you our return rates for round 1 and round 2 Round 1: 80% Round 2: 85% I don't know what it was from round 3 because we weren't told. Just so you know- we as a chapter wanted to drop a lot of people, but Panhellenic policy doesn't let new chapters drop like any PNMs unless they are grade risks. We dropped a couple hundred after round 3 because that's when we could drop people. I'm writing this because I don't think people know how membership selection works for new chapters. There's not a whole lot we can do essentially. That goes for any new chapter. Not because we couldn't 'get anyone' Just telling the facts how it is.
