Don't be nervous! I'd also like to emphasize again that for the most part, chapters are choosing girls to invite back until they fill up their invitation lists. We're not going in with the mindset of looking to "cut" as many girls as possible, our main priority is finding the girls we want to keep! There may be some great girls that we just don't have the party space for. The best advice anyone can give you about recruitment is to be yourself! You should be looking for a house that you feel comfortable in as you and don't feel like you have to change to fit into-- and whether or not that house is "top 6" is irrelevant. Every sorority is the top sorority to its own members. It stands for "Release Figure Methodology." Basically it's how 460 campuses nationally ensure that the most girls possible get bids.
