@PNM, ADPi and Chi O do cut for grades, but they have to get rid of more girls than just grade cuts. They are popular during rush (yes XO and AXO are popular during rush with PNMS, it doesn't matter if you're Team Top 4 or Top 6 it's just fact) so they are allowed to invite fewer girls back. It seems like they make a lot of cuts because they are restricted to so few invites. So there will be girls cut for grades, but there will also be girls that don't get invited back simply because there isn't enough room/ they didn't stand out enough to be kept.
