not sure (yes i am) why they are getting downvoted, but they are really good. not top with snu, sae, sigchi, ka, but in their own tier with chi psi, and way above the others. they've been on campus forever and have a great history at usc. lots of dmvs, some southerners, some yankees. downvotes are probably betas and phisigs (is that what they're called?)
