OP you do know there is an upperclassman quota right? Especially for chapters who have a hard time retaining members. Also only 3 girls out of 1600 last year didn't get a bid. Just because you're a junior does not mean you do not get a bid. As long as they continue through the whole process they'll get a bid somewhere.
