With 2 great fraternities like Phi Kappa Psi and Phi Delta Theta both having long legacies at USC, why has no one brought those back instead we get Theta Chi, TKE and Fiji that never had chapters at USC before now. If you have a built in alumni base what not tap into it? Sigma Nu was gone for 25 years before it came back in the early 2000s and they had enough alumni to fund a house. Phi Psi and Phi Delt have been gone for a little longer but you'd have over 100 years of alumni to tap into instead of starting from scratch with no support.
