You sir, are a fool for thinking it's a man's job to understand the way females work. Girls are different with their friends than guys - they don't want to haze/wrestle each other, they're just cattier with each other by nature, etc. I don't understand the way girls work either but they make girls so happy and allow girls to meet the best friends they'll have forever. Girls could easily say "oh i don't get frats why would you want to go through pledging or limit yourself to just hanging out with the 30 kids in your pledge class". It's just different for us.
