fwiw, not "their house". uscfsl destroyed fraternities that had been here for 75+ years and replaced them with groups like beta (or name any other fraternity that showed up in the last 5 years). even if we give credit to beta for being decent, and fine, they aren't the worst thing in the entire world, they have no claim to the house or being an historic fraternity here. they claim 18something as their charter date, but the truth is they were only on campus for like two years before everyone went to war and they were done FOREVER. coming back 150 years later they should not be able to claim anything having to do with that original group. beta started at usc whenever their recharter date is - like 2009 or something. saying anything else is disrespectful to the fraternities that have been here, ie sae, sigmachi, snu, ka, pikapp, chipsi, and they ones that preceeded them in death - ato, sigep, and ks (not dead?).
