chi psi, pikapp, and sigep were below the other historical fraternities here at USC, but lambda chi was far and away the worst "on campus" frarernity. sigep ended up really working their way upwards before they got the boot, and chi psi and Pi kapp have both become extremely good fraternities, though still just below toP tier (kind of their own tier).
