Sig Ep has been ruined on a national level there's no way they're coming back strong. All the outside frats are always talking about "ah yeah man we're totally on the come up we have money and alumni!!!" We all have money or alumni or else we would be complete gdi's. Even TKE has tons of money and alumni being a massive fraternity member-wise. It doesn't mean much even ATO's have told me reclaiming that house isn't going to be easy and it's just a matter of no one is gonna want to join an ATO/Sig Ep type fraternity when all the members are goobers and there are better options.
