"Beta's" house is going back to Lamdba Chi so it won't be empty. I thought Phi Sig had another year on their lease. If not, my guess is they'll see if ATO can fill it and reclaim it. If not then I don't see why they wouldn't just resign the lease. ( I honestly have no idea what will happen to that house.) As for Kappa Sig, I would rather see it sit empty or be leased by another frat until they return than watch a sorority occupy it. I refuse to watch Greek Village become Sorority Village.
