I'll be going through Sorority rush this fall. I've lived in a small town in S.C. my whole life and know everybody here. I can't wait to meet new people when I get to USC and that includes people from all over the U.S. What I want to know is why do sororities get bashed for taking girls from other areas of the country, especially, "horrors" the North? We're all Americans and S.C. doesn't have a big wall and moat around it, although I think some people would like that. I'm going into Rush with an open mind and can't wait to have sisters from everywhere.
