Pi Phi will have to, they'll have no choice. Gamma Phi will probably have to too, as they usually have to. A good way to get an idea is when the Fall 2014 grade report comes out (on the FSL website under the about tab, but it hasn't yet) is see how many members the chapters have, and if it's below 380 they should be participating.
